Terms of Use.

Last updated: July 23, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of the PulseLABS platform (pulse-labs.fr) by any user. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use ("Terms") define the terms and conditions under which Pulse Software (see Legal notice) provides the PulseLABS platform and its modules (Life Copilot, Risk Evaluator, PersonAI Debates, Market Analysis, as well as the Synapse Engine and the Cortex knowledge engine), and the conditions under which the user uses them.

Use of PulseLABS requires full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. Pricing and payment conditions for paid plans are set out in the Terms of Sale.

2. User account

Access to the platform requires the creation of an account, associated with an email address and a password (or Google authentication). The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out from their account.

The user undertakes to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.

3. Description of the service

PulseLABS is a modular artificial intelligence platform. Depending on the deployment mode (cloud or on-premise) and the modules enabled by the user, the service may include: conversational AI agents, a memory and document-knowledge system (Cortex), a multi-provider AI model router (Synapse Engine), and business modules (personal planning, risk evaluation, agent debates, market analysis).

Pulse Software reserves the right to develop, add or remove features, subject to informing the users concerned where the change substantially affects a subscribed service.

4. Nature of AI-generated content — important notice

The answers, analyses, documents or recommendations produced by the PulseLABS AI agents are generated automatically and may contain errors, approximations or omissions. They in no way constitute professional legal, accounting, medical, tax or financial advice, and do not replace the judgment of a qualified professional.

When one agent consults another agent in the same workspace (agent-to-agent consultation feature), the answer obtained is explicitly attributed to the consulted agent in the interface; it remains subject to the same limitations as any AI-generated content.

The user remains solely responsible for verifying, validating and using the content produced by the platform, particularly in a regulated professional context (chartered accountancy, law, notarial practice).

5. Permitted use

The user undertakes to use PulseLABS in accordance with the law and these Terms, and in particular not to:

  • use the platform to produce or distribute unlawful or defamatory content, or content infringing the rights of third parties;
  • attempt to bypass security measures, mass-extract data, or disassemble the platform;
  • use the platform to develop a competing service;
  • transmit data that they are not entitled to use (third-party data without a legal basis, protected secrets, etc.).

6. Intellectual property

The PulseLABS platform, its code, interfaces and names remain the exclusive property of Pulse Software, protected by copyright (the names "Pulse Software" and "PulseLABS" are not registered trademarks to date). The user retains ownership of the content they import or enter into the platform ("User Content") and grants Pulse Software a limited licence, necessary solely for the operation of the service (processing, storage, display to the user).

7. Availability

Pulse Software uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the platform, without guaranteeing continuous availability (24/7) or the absence of interruption, in particular for maintenance operations. For on-premise deployments, availability depends on the user's own infrastructure.

8. Suspension and termination

Pulse Software may suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, after notice where circumstances permit. The user may delete their account at any time from their workspace settings or by writing to contact@pulse-labs.fr.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pulse Software cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from use of the platform, nor for decisions made by the user on the basis of content generated by the AI agents.

10. Changes to the Terms

Pulse Software may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of substantial changes. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
