All elements of the Site (text, the "Pulse Software" and "PulseLABS" names, logos, structure, source code, content) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of Pulse Software, unless stated otherwise. The names "Pulse Software" and "PulseLABS" are not, to date, registered trademarks; they are used as trade names.
Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
